Frequently asked questions
When does my order leave?
Orders are shipped every day, except weekends and public holidays. With a bank transfer, the order is shipped as soon as we receive the payment.
Where can I see where my order is?
On the «Order status» page, with the link in your order's email. Order status →
Can I collect it from the courier's branch?
Yes. Write «Pickup from the courier's branch» in the order's comments: the order will stay at the nearest courier branch for you to collect.
What about remote areas?
The parcel stays at the courier's office for you to collect or, by arrangement with the courier and at an extra charge, is brought to you. Costs may also be higher because of volume; we then let you know by phone.
How does shipping through an agency work?
Outside Attica we first suggest the transport agency of your choice, the most economical option. We cover the transport to the agency in Athens; the transport from there to you is agreed with and paid to the agency.
